This streamlined, self-paced program provides everything you need to obtain your Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) Apprentice Card. This course is the 1st step in getting the apprentice card and starting your apprentice time. SNHD requires every microblading and permanent makeup student in Clark County to have an apprentice card under a licensed approved mentor for a minimum of 6 months. After 6 months, we provide you with your SNHD form 2 document and you can trade in your apprentice card for your license! You must obtain your apprentice card before you start any training programs. The course includes comprehensive Bloodborne Pathogen Certification—required for your Apprentice Card—plus clear, step-by-step instructions for completing your SNHD application, preparing documentation, and scheduling your appointment to pick up your card.
